PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve effective use of hardware (HW) resources equipped with other information processors. SOLUTION: A hardware (HW) resource management function virtual machine 13 includes a manager capable of obtaining a processing result by managing the HW resources provided in each PC to be connected to a network N, and by transmitting a request to an information processor for performing processing corresponding to the request. A VMMUL15 interposes among a VMM14 and virtual machines 12, 13, receives a request issued from a virtual machine for business 12 to transfer the request to the HW resource management function virtual machine 13 if the request satisfies certain conditions, and receives a processing result corresponding to the request from the machine 13 to transfer the request to the machine 12.
