PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide mobile communication equipment improving the position estimation accuracy of a mobile object located at a place at which the position information of the mobile object can not be acquired, a control method of the mobile communication equipment and a mobile monitoring system. SOLUTION: When acquiring the position information of the mobile object transmitted from a positioning means for positioning an object on the ground at prescribed intervals, and when the position information of the mobile object can not be acquired from the positioning means for a prescribed time or more, control is made to transmit to a managing device the latest position information among position information of the mobile object already acquired.
