PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoelectric conversion module which has wide package area and can be made compact. SOLUTION: The photoelectric conversion module 1 has a photoelectric converting element 10, an electric circuit component, a stem 2 mounted with the photoelectric converting element 10 and electric circuit component, and a cap 3 put over the stem 2, and the photoelectric converting element 10 and electric circuit component are sealed in the space between the stem 2 and the cap 3. The stem 2 has a sealing part 21 projecting into the space and the seating part 21 has a mount surface where the electrophotographic element 10 and/or the electric circuit component is mounted, an external surface opposite the mount surface, and a terminal 24 which is electrically insulated from the seating part 21 and penetrates the seating part 21 to reach the mount surface and external surface.
