SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing a crystalline layered silicate PLS-3 for synthesizing the crystalline layered silicate by adding an organic crystallization adjusting agent to H type kanemite (H-kanemite) obtained by treating a crystalline layered silicate kanemite with an acid, reacting them in solid phase in a pressure vessel (an autoclave) in a steam atmosphere; the method of synthesizing an Al-containing crystalline layered silicate by adding an aluminate crystal to the raw material as an Al source, and reacting them in solid phase in a pressure vessel in a steam atmosphere; the method of manufacturing high silica zeolite CDS-3 or an Al-containing FER type zeolite by making the crystalline layered silicate PLS-3 undergo dehydration polycondensation; and their products; are provided.
