PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grout composition having high flowability, small hardening shrinkage, high strength development, high adhesive strength to concrete and excellent durability, grout mortar and a grout construction method. SOLUTION: The grout composition contains portland cement, an expansive admixture, a re-emulsified powdery resin, a melt-spun basalt fiber, a shrinkage reducing agent, a water reducer, a defoamant and aggregate, wherein the grout composition contains 0.1-10 pts. melt-spun basalt fiber per 100 pts. in total of the portland cement and the expansive admixture and the 150-300 pts. aggregate per 100 pts. in total of the portland cement and the expansive admixture.
