PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease misdetection of flame at low-rate burning, by opening at least one mixed gas ejection nozzle that ejects a mixed gas direct towards an ignition and detection electrode, placed close to a ribbon flame nozzle on the outer circumference of a mixed gas distribution pipe, placed facing the outer surface of a burner pipe with a ribbon flame nozzle formed. SOLUTION: A flame is enlarged on a pin point basis with the mixed gas ejection nozzle 35 to expose and contact the ignition and detection electrode 34 to the ribbon flame at all times, to decrease misdetection of flame, especially in a low-rate burning, and stably and continuously use the burners 17, 18. The ribbon flame is ejected substantially horizontally from the ribbon flame nozzle 32 along the transfer direction of a conveyor 16, and accordingly, temperature control and baking color control of the product are performed appropriately.
