The polyaniline or carbon composite material comprises polyaniline or polyaniline derivative, combined with a carbon-containing material. The polyaniline or polyaniline derivative is conducting polyaniline or polyaniline derivative, which is dispersed in a non-polar organic solvent, and is undoped. The conducting polyaniline or polyaniline derivative is obtained as sulfonic acid and aniline in a mixed solvent, which is water and a non-polar organic solvent, in presence of a medium for adjustment of molecular weight.
