<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell system improved so as not to reduce reaction efficiency even if activity of an oxidizing catalyst layer is reduced by a continuous operation. <P>SOLUTION: This fuel cell system is equipped with a reformer to generate a fuel gas through a reforming reaction, a carbon monoxide purifier which is equipped with a reactor main body having an inflow port wherein the reformed combustion gas flows into and an exhaust port wherein combustion gas is discharged and with an oxidation catalyst layer filled inside the reactor main body and in which concentration of the carbon monoxide in the fuel gas generated in the reformer is reduced, an electricity generating part in which the fuel gas is charged from the carbon monoxide purifier and electric energy is generated by a chemical reaction, and a catalyst supply device in which the catalyst particles are formed from a material and the catalyst particles are supplied to the oxidation catalyst layer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
