PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanism capable of easily and surely suppressing illegal function operation at a distribution destination of a document file in the case of distributing the document file.

SOLUTION: This document processing system 1 comprises: a keyword information setting part 21 for setting keyword information in a document file; a collation information designating part 22 for designating attribute information of the document file including the keyword information to collation information with the keyword information; attribute information changing parts 23 and 31 for changing the attribute information of the document file designated to the collation information; and function performance control parts 32 and 51 for collating the keyword information set in the document file with the attribute information of the document file designated to the collation information and controlling the acceptance/rejection of performing a predetermined function on the basis of this collation result.
