<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase flexibility of charging processing in case of occurrence of a disaster. <P>SOLUTION: An image processor 10 includes a user interface unit (UI unit) 15 which provides a user interface (UI), an external IF (interface) 11 which transmits and receives various pieces of information to and from a server etc., a charging processing unit 18 which performs charging processing for image processing by an image processing unit 22, a disaster information acquiring unit 12 which acquires information regarding a disaster input from the UI unit 15 or external IF 11, and a charging switching unit 13 which reads discrimination information out of a discrimination information storage unit 14, determines a stage of the disaster by collation with the information regarding the disaster, and outputs a switching request for a style of charging processing to a charging processing unit 18 by reference to additional information of image data as an object of the image processing that the external IF 11 receives. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
