<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable reduction of color phase irregularities and suppression of deterioration in yield owing to dimensional accuracy and alignment accuracy of a lens and a color transformation member. <P>SOLUTION: A light-emitting device includes: a mounting board 20 which is a base member and in which an LED chip 10 is mounted; a sealing part 50 which consists of a sealing resin with which the LED chip 10 is sealed; a lens 60 which has a light emission surface 60b formed in the shape of a convex curve and is arranged so as to overlap the sealing part 50; a domical color transformation member 70 which is a molded component, which is molded, with a transparent material, a phosphor which is excited by a light emitted from the LED chip 10, and emits a light of a color different from which the emission color of the LED chip 10, and covers the lens 60 in the side of a light emission surface 60b of the lens 60 and is disposed so that an air layer 80 is formed between the light emission surface 60b and the color transformation member 70. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
