<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for judging and dissolving bridge-forming tendency in order to achieve a stable operation in the high efficiency conversion of a carbonaceous resource to gas energy. <P>SOLUTION: This moving bed shaft type pyrolysis furnace 1 for performing the pyrolysis of the carbonaceous resource to form pyrolysis gas, tar and solid carbonized materials is provided by arranging gas blowing-in ports 2 for heated gas at least at 2 positions in the circumferential direction and at a prescribed position in the height direction of the pyrolysis furnace, arranging in-furnace pressure taking-out ports 3 at least at 2 positions in the height direction above the respective gas blowing-in ports and also arranging the pressure taking-out ports at the respective positions arranged above the gas blowing-in ports, on almost the same horizontal surface. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
