<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an effective detected value calibration method which enables the acquisition of an image of a specimen with a moderate contrast by carrying out an effective calibration and an X-ray CT system, a phantom for calibration and a holder used for it. <P>SOLUTION: The detected value calibration method for the calibration of detected values in an X-ray CT radiography comprises the step of fixing the phantom 1 for calibration filled with a liquid on the X-ray CT system to carry out an X-ray CT radiography for calibration, the step of putting the specimen 30 into the liquid of the phantom 1 for calibration to fix the phantom for calibration with the specimen 30 in it on the X ray CT system to carry out the X-ray CT radiography of the specimen 30 and a step of calibrating the detected values by the X-ray CT radiography of the specimen using the detected values by the X-ray CT radiography for calibration.
