PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize behavior of a wind direction changing blade when it is fluctuated, when an air conditioner having an arm portion is used. SOLUTION: The arm portion 31 is constituted to adjust the fluctuation of projection from a supply opening 6 of the wind direction changing blade 30 by fluctuating a groove portion 31a formed near the supply opening 6 and having at least one or more change points A to the vertical direction of the supply opening 6, and a control means controls an arm portion driving means 34 so that a rotating speed of the arm portion 31 is kept within a prescribed range, when an arm portion position detecting means 51 detects that the arm portion 31 reaches the neighborhood of the change points A.
