PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive finned heat exchanger having superior heat exchanging capacity. SOLUTION: This heat exchanger is disposed on the way of a wind circuit in an indoor unit (not shown in drawing), and composed of a front-side heat exchanger (not shown in drawing) and a back-side heat exchanger (not shown in drawing) having a number of heat transfer tubes (not shown in drawing) inserted into a number of fins 21, 41 approximately at a right angle. Each of windward side front edges and leeward-side rear edges of the fins 21 are formed into the approximately V-shape with linear windward front edges 22, 23 and linear leeward rear edges 32, 33 having the same obtuse angle, and curved windward front edge 24 and leeward rear edge 34 connecting the windward front edges 22, 23 and the leeward rear edges 32, 33, a distance between the windward front edge 23 and the leeward rear edge 33 is 15-27 mm, and a distance between the windward front edge 22 and the leeward rear edge 32, and a distance between the windward front edge 42 and the leeward rear edge 43 are 27-30 mm.
