PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hermetic compressor capable of reducing component cost and assembly cost of the compressor. SOLUTION: An oil pump 38 comprises a rotor unit 46 driven as one unit with a rotary shaft 16, an oil introduction pipe 50 introducing lubricating oil in an oil storage chamber 40 to the rotor unit, and a pump cover 48 inserted between the rotor unit and the oil introduction pipe and protecting the rotor unit from a lower side thereof in such a manner that the same can be freely driven. The oil introduction pipe includes a support part 50b collectively supporting the oil introduction pipe, the rotor unit and the pump cover to a lower end surface 22a of a frame 22.
