PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel magnetizer capable of sufficiently magnetizing a fuel by forming lines of magnetic force orthogonal to fluid while using a plurality of cylindrical magnets arranged in an axial direction because a conventional magnetic treatment device is structured such that lines of magnetic force emitted from magnets arranged in rod-like forms draw arcs, and the lines of magnetic force do not act on fluid passing therethrough at right angle excluding a part thereof, and its efficiency is not good. SOLUTION: While using a plurality of cylindrical magnets arranged in the axial direction, a plurality of tubular magnets are also arranged on the periphery thereof. The magnetic treatment device is characterized in that the magnetic poles of a set of rod-like magnets and those of a set of tubular magnets are provided with attracting magnetic poles facing each other so that strong lines of magnetic force act efficiently on fluid at a right angle.
