PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crossing having a barrier-free crosswalk enabling pedestrians walking through the crossing to safely cross a road without encountering a vehicle since a roadway three-dimensionally crosses the crosswalk and also enabling even people who ride on wheelchairs or people who wheel baby carriages to cross a road without encoutering a level difference or a stairway. SOLUTION: The crossing 10 of two roads 12, 14 is raised approximately 2.5-3 m from a ground level by banking. Crosswalk tunnels 28, 30 of approximately 2.2 m in height cross under the raised crossing 10 so that the pedestrians walking through the crossing can cross the roads 12, 14 without encountering a vehicle.
