PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small diameter-compatible prestress introduction device and its anchor structure. SOLUTION: In the small diameter-compatible prestress introduction device, a reaction prestressing steel bar is arranged in a hollow prestressing steel bar, and an anchor member is provided at the front end of the hollow prestressing steel bar. An anchor member 2 with a protrusion, which is provided in such a manner that the protrusion 4 is positioned on the axial front side with respect to the hollow prestressing steel bar 6, is used as the above anchor member, and a male screw shank 3 at the back end of the anchor member 2 is screwed into a female screw hole 1 at the front end of the prestressing steel bar 6. In the anchor structure of the prestress introduction device, the anchor member 2 of the prestress introduction device is fixed in such a manner as to be embedded in shrinkage-compensating mortar or concrete.
