PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous adhesive composition that can be bonded without carrying out steps of drying, applying heat and pressure and the like after applying an adhesive, can complete the bonding under application of pressure by a roller because it has high initial adhesive force, can easily be peeled off without tearing paper when released and cannot be re-bonded even if heat and pressure are applied after released such that one can be assured of the fact that carried information has remained in concealment and to provide an information-carrying sheet using the aqueous adhesive composition. SOLUTION: The aqueous adhesive composition comprises an acrylic resin emulsion and a wax emulsion having a melting point of less than 40°C. The information-carrying sheet is formed by applying the aqueous adhesive composition to at least one surface of the face-to-face surfaces of a substrate to be laminated and then applying pressure in a wet state.
