PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable pressure chamber device constituted so that the pressure resistance and lightweight properties of the pressure chamber of the portable pressure chamber device are achieved by constituting the member, which constitutes the pressure chamber of the portable pressure chamber device, of titanium or a titanium alloy, the planar cross-sectional shape of the pressure chamber is formed into an oval shape in order to obtain a necessary minimum amount of pressure air used for measurement and an accessory member or a filler is further provided to the inner wall surface of the pressure chamber. SOLUTION: The pressure chamber of the portable pressure chamber device composed of the pressure chamber, a pressure gauge, a flow rate adjusting valve and a portable pressure air source is formed as a cylindrical body of which the horizontal cross-sectional shape is oval. The cylindrical body, a lid member having a sample hermetically sealing and holding part provided in the sleeve attached to its upper surface and the bottom plate of the pressure chamber are constituted of a titanium alloy and an expanded part is formed to both inner wall surfaces of the side walls of the pressure chamber.
