PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonaqueous solvent having an extraordinarily low value of a water content of≤15 ppm (hereinafter, referred to as a low water-content nonaqueous solvent), even in a state held in a vessel, and a portioning device for the same. SOLUTION: The low water-content nonaqueous solvent prepared by holding a nonaqueous solvent having a low water content of≤15 ppm prepared in advance by a purification operation in a portioning vessel and the portioning device for the same are provided, wherein the nonaqueous solvent is selected from an ester selected from ethyl acetate, methyl acetate and butyl acetate; an ether selected from diethyl ether, diisopropyl ether, tetrahydrofurane and 1,4-dioxane; a halogenated hydrocarbon selected from chloroform and dichloromethane; a ketone selected from acetone, methyl ethyl ketone and methyl isobutyl ketone; an amine selected from diethylamine, triethyl amine, dibutyl amine, propyl amine and pyridine; an amide selected from N,N-dimethyl formamide, dimethyl acetamide and the like; a nitrile selected from acetonitrile, propionitrile and butyronitrile; dimethyl sulfoxide; an alcohol selected from methanol, ethanol, n-propanol, iso-propanol, n-butanol, tert-butanol, pentanol and octanol; an aliphatic hydrocarbon selected from pentane, n-hexane, cyclohexane, heptane and petroleum ether, and an aromatic hydrocarbon selected from benzene, toluene and xylene.
