PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain driving reaction of a wheel from being inputted to an engine unit via a differential unit. SOLUTION: In this differential unit support structure, the differential unit 28 is arranged separately from the engine unit 14 on one side in the car width direction of the engine unit 14, and an upper part is supported by one side side member 20 via a first mount member 30, and a lower part is supported by a front suspension member 26 (one side sub-member 26A) via a second mount member 36. Thus, since the driving reaction of the wheel inputted to the differential unit 28 via a drive shaft 50 can be received on both sides in the vertical direction by the one side side member 20 and the one side sub-member 26A (that is, a rigid member constituting a car body), the driving reaction can be restrained from being transmitted to the engine unit 14.
