PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire alarm device and a fixed metal fitting adaptable to various kinds of vehicles by a simple structure. SOLUTION: This tire inner pressure alarm device incorporates a pressure sensor for detecting the inner pressure of a tire and electronic parts for performing the processing of a signal of the inner pressure and is provided with a casing 2 having insertion holes 21a and 21b at both ends and the fixed metal fitting 1 for fixing the casing 2. The fixed metal fitting 1 has a fixing part 11 having an insertion hole inserted with an air valve mounted to a rim wheel assembled with a pneumatic tire, a casing arranging part 12 connected to the fixing part 11 to form a rising angle of≤90°and arranged with the casing 2, and each of first and second flexible parts 13a and 13b connected to each of both ends of the casing arranging part 12 and deformed by being inserted into the insertion hole so that the slip-out of the casing 2 from the fixed metal fitting 1 may be prevented.
