PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water pipe device for a fire extinguishing appliance which can be improved in workability on a site, and ensures high durability, and attains compactness. SOLUTION: The water pipe device for a fire extinguishing appliance is constituted so that a check valve, a feed water stop valve, and a drainage valve are arranged in a single water pipe, wherein at a central part of the water pipe, the check valve and the feed water stop valve are adjacently arranged, an upstream side drainage valve is connected to an outer peripheral part near an opening part on the upstream side from the position where the respective valves of the water pipe are disposed, a downstream side drainage valve is connected to an outer peripheral part near an opening part on the downstream side from the position where the respective valves of the water pipe are disposed, and an end part of a rotation axis of the feed water stop valve is protruded outside the water pipe to connect an opening/closing handle of the feed water stop valve to a rotation axis end part.
