The invention relates to a protective device for a motor vehicle, comprising an impact absorber (3) and reparability impact absorbers (4) for protecting the vehicle, said device being characterised in that the impact absorber (3) and the reparability impact absorbers (4) are formed as a single protection and absorption element. The protective device can be mounted rapidly and easily onto a vehicle, thereby reducing the assembly costs.
