The arrangement has two components (KS1, KS2) e.g. cable lugs, connected by a bolt connection (SV), an insulator (ISO) with electrical contacts (KON1, KON2) and a spring arrangement (FA), between which the connection and the component (KS2) are arranged. The spring arrangement is arranged between the contacts so that the contacts are separated by predetermined spring tension with loose bolt connection. The contacts are in contact by overcoming the spring tension with the connection, where the contacts are connected with an electronic monitoring circuit, which indicates the connection.
