The method involves arranging a number of rolls (3,4,5) on the periphery of rolling product (1) and contact and reshapes the rolling product on an axial extension. The ratio of the radius of the rolling product to the radius of the roll is held constant on a part of the axial extension, on which the rolls position the rolling product.
