A floor structure of an apartment building is provided to prevent supports from being separated from a sound absorbing unit by fastening supports to the sound absorbing unit with a fastening board of a fastening member. A floor structure of an apartment building comprises a concrete slab(110), walls(120), a sound absorbing unit, gap forming members, heating pipes(150), and a finishing mortar layer(160). The gap forming members are installed between the wall and the sound absorbing unit in order to make spaces between the wall and the sound absorbing unit. The heating pipes and the finishing mortar layer are built on the top of the sound absorbing unit. The sound absorbing unit includes a form board, supports(213), and fastening members. The form board is a PVC board having mount grooves formed at bottom edges and pipe grooves connecting the mount grooves with one another. The support is made of silicon based rubber or neoprene based rubber, and installed in the mount groove formed on the bottom surface of the form board. The fastening member secures the support to the bottom surface of the form board. Each fastening member includes a fastening board(215-1), a pipe(215-3), and a holder. |
