<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and program for determining the acceptance/rejection of issuing a credit card to a member's store of a credit card company. <P>SOLUTION: Member's store attribute information of a plurality of member's stores of a credit card company which is scoring model data generated from a plurality of pieces of member's store attribute information including a type of business, work history, a monthly sales amount by credit cards, or the like is prepared and compared with member's store attribute information about a member's store that applies for credit card issuance.
