<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an order receipt confirmation system, an order receipt confirmation method, and an order receipt confirmation program capable of efficiently providing information suitable to a customer. <P>SOLUTION: A facsimile reply server 50 is connected to an order management server 40 that manages an order from a customer, and has a comment file data storage part 52 for storing comments associated with each information item identifier of delivery delay information, product information, and sales organization information. Based on an order identifier received from the order management server 40, the control part 51 of the facsimile reply server 50 acquires a comment of the delivery delay information when a shipping base for a customer is applicable, or a comment of the product information or a comment of the sales organization information when the identifier of the product ordered by the customer is applicable.
