<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tag attaching tool for reusing an IC tag without requiring any time and effort and without damaging the IC tag. <P>SOLUTION: The IC tag attaching tool 1 has a wall 3 having a corrugated cross section formed from a circular bottom 2. The wall 3 is formed along the outer periphery of the circular bottom 2, while it is divided into four portions by four cutouts 5.
