<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transfer luggage checked in a coil locker to a place desired by a user. <P>SOLUTION: When the user checks the luggage in a coin locker device 2, a controller 7 registers user identification information, luggage identification information, the number of the locker 5 of a storage destination, and information about a transfer destination of the luggage into a management DB 9. When a deliverer inputs the luggage identification information notified from the controller 7 to the coin locker device 2, the locker 5 of the locker number corresponding to the luggage identification information is unlocked to allow takeout of the checked luggage. When the deliverer inputs the luggage identification information to the coin locker device 2 shown by the information about the transfer destination and stores the transferred luggage into the locker 5, the number of the locker 5 of the transfer destination is stored in the management DB 9 associatively with the luggage identification information.
