PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic tire for off-road traveling capable of improving traveling performance on off-road ground. SOLUTION: This pneumatic tire has a block pattern provided with a plurality of blocks 7 in a tread part. Each of the blocks 7 includes a tread surface 9 directed to an external surface of the tire radial direction and a wall surface 10 extended from an edge e of the tread surface 9 to the radial direction inside. At least one block 7 is provided with a recessed part 11 for recessing the block 7. The recessed part 11 is opened in the tread surface 9 and is extended in the tire radial direction on the wall surface 10.
