<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display panel that can be manufactured with high manufacture efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: The display panel 1 comprises a first substrate 10 on which a plurality of conductive members are disposed, a second substrate 30 disposed opposing to the first substrate, a display medium layer 20 between the substrates, and a seal 40 disposed to surround the display medium layer 20 between the first substrate 10 and the second substrate 30.
