PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique that prevents a holder plate 27 from falling when the holder plate 27 is fixed on an end frame 10 by a screw 28. SOLUTION: When an end face of an inside seal portion 22b provided in a grommet 22 on one side is pressed against the portion in proximity to a screw hole 27a of the holder plate 27, the holder plate has the portion in proximity to the screw hole 27a pressed against the end frame 10. This prevents the holder plate 27 from falling (being moved away from the end frame 10 in the axial direction) when the screw 28 is tightened from outside the end frame 10. The holder plate 27 is reliably fixed, therefore, by tightening the screw 28 into the screw hole 27a of the holder plate 27. When the portion in proximity to the screw hole 27a is pressed against the end frame 10, the position of the screw hole 27a is not shifted in the axial direction and is stabilized.
