PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photo sticker vending machine that not only issues photo stickers that have a fantastical and unique background image that has hithertofore been unavailable, and also facilitate adopting of new background image pattern. SOLUTION: The photo sticker vending machine includes a means for making an image edit circuit (37) separate an photographed image into a figure image and a background image by a chroma key, and a means for converting the background image into an image of predetermined production effect. Additionally, the machine includes a means for not only superimposing the background images, comprising the production effect image and the figure image segregated by the chroma key so that the superimposed image is displayed on a display (33), but also allowing a sticker printer (35) to print out the image on a sticker paper.
