PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data driver of a display apparatus which allows the area and cost thereof to be reduced. SOLUTION: The data driver is provided with: a zero point compensation capacitor R1 in series to a phase compensation capacitor C1 between an output node N12 of an input differential amplification stage and an output node N11 of a post amplification stage; and a control circuit 20 for changing over the resistance value of the zero point compensation capacitor R1. The control circuit 20 changes over the resistance value of the zero point compensation capacitor R1 to a first resistance value and a second resistance value greater than the first resistance value in accordance with the on and off of an output switch 10 for controlling the connection of an output terminal N1 of an amplifier circuit and a data line 962.
