PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing structure capable of fixing a plurality of floor panels by one fixing member and ensuring level of a floor. SOLUTION: This fixing structure for the floor panel 2 is provided with a supporting member 1 provided on a lower face of the floor panel 2 and the fixing member 3 for fixing a plurality of floor panels 2. The supporting member 1 is provided with a first engaging part 26, and the fixing member 3 is provided with a second engaging part 12 capable of engaging with the first engaging part 26 through their recessed and projecting parts. Both of the engaging parts 12, 26 have an initial position for mounting and dismounting both members 1, 3 and an assembling position for engaging both of the engaging parts 12, 26 by rotating the fixing member 3 in a predetermined direction to prevent both members 1, 3 from nonslip and hold them, respectively. The fixing member 3 is provided with a pressing part 6 pressing an upper face side 2A of the floor panel 2 and an operation part 10 rotating the second engaging part 12. The operation part 10 changes a position of the second engaging part 12 from the initial position to the assembling position while regulating rotation of the pressing part 6.
