PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel connecting structure, which facilitates replacement of a joint material after panel connection and replacement of a panel itself while retaining high airtightness and convenience. SOLUTION: In the panel connecting structure adapted to mutually connect panels 10 through a connecting member 30 fitted to side ends thereof and interpose a joint member 40 between both the panels, the connecting member is divided into two connecting member half bodies 34 through a joint center line, each divided connecting member half body includes a fitting protruding portion 31 protruded from the joint center to the panel surface to be fitted to the joint member. The connecting member mutually connects the panels in an integrally formed state by allowing the respective halved connecting member half bodies to abut on each other and fitting the joint member to the fitting protruding portions.
