PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a muffling louver without generating secondary noise when a blade body casing itself of the muffling louver resonates by a noise sound wave, while providing the muffling louver having sound insulating performance while securing ventilation performance, in the muffling louver for reducing the noise sound wave transmitted to the other from a noise source existing in one of a wall body via an air vent of an out-fitted louver. SOLUTION: This louver is provided by slantingly installing a blade body in the air vent formed on a wall surface. A muffling chamber is arranged inside the blade body.
