PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an instrument used for exerting a finger-pressure effect which stimulates a human body thoroughly just like a finger-pressure and facilitates flow of the blood so as to improve a body condition during sleeping. SOLUTION: This instrument used for exerting a finger-pressure effect, available for a pillow, includes a base plate, a plurality of long-length members which are linearly arranged on the base plate in the longitudinal direction with a height direction of the person during the use, and an insertion plate which is inserted in a gap of the adjacent long-length member. It also includes an attachable/detachable long-length member which longitudinal direction is placed on and supported by the long-length member in parallel with longitudinal direction of the long-length member.
