PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide scissors, which is widely and universally usable, and which provides accurate cutting. SOLUTION: The scissors has two scissor parts 1a and 1b connected to each other through a pivot axis, a spring 7 whose spring action separates the two scissor parts 1a and 1b from to opening position, and a means 10 for displacing the position of the spring and eliminating the spring action.
