PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a support body which prevents unreasonable tensile force from acting on an outlet or a cord connected to the outlet and a using area of a top board from being damaged according to the change of a relative position of objects to be supported such as the top board relative to a base even if the supporting body having an outlet function. SOLUTION: The support body 4 is movably supported by the base 2 extending in a predetermined direction and supports the top board 5, includes an outlet housing portion 4A312a capable of housing an outlet device C, and can access to the outlet device C housed in the outlet housing portion 4A312a even at any position relative to the base 2.
