PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medicine drawer shelf device 10 for making it easy to take medicines 18 in and out with a hand even when the medicines 18 are arranged from front to back and from side to side on a shelf 12, housed in each section chamber 16 and individually detected. SOLUTION: The medicine drawer shelf device comprises: the shelf 12 where the section chambers 16 opened on the upper side are provided on the upper surface in the state of being disposed from front to back and from side to side; a case body 11 for supporting the shelf 12 so as to be drawn; and a detection means 17 for detecting the presence/absence of the medicines 18 in each section chamber 16. Further, each section chamber 16 is inclined to be lowered at the front, and the height of the front end of the section chamber 16 on the back side is lower than the height of the back end of the section chamber 16 on the front side for the section chambers 16 adjacent to each other at the front and back.
