<p>The method for the production of asphalt layer with polyvinylacetate coating for the production of floor covering, comprises applying the coating on preheated asphalt, sealing the coating with epoxy resin and mixing fine glass beads into the sealing for increasing skid resistance. The asphalt is used with hardness level of GE10-15. The coating is scattered in the form of flakes directly on the asphalt. The flakes have room temperature or ambient temperature and are pressed subsequently against the asphalt by roller. The polyvinylacetate has a melting point. Colorless epoxy resin is used in colored flakes out of polyvinylacetate.</p> |
