<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric welding type plastic pipe joint and a manufacturing method for it, reducing the slant of a connector pin and eliminating its slip off even if the tension that the wire winding time is exerted to the connector pin. <P>SOLUTION: This electric welding type plastic pipe joint and manufacturing method for it includes: the substantially cylindrical connector pin; a plastic inner cylinder member where a seat having a hole in which the formed connector pin is fitted is formed on both ends; a connector pin inserted in the seat of the inner cylinder member; a heating wire spirally wound round the inner cylinder member, both ends of which are joined to the connector pin; and a plastic outer cylinder member formed to cover them, wherein the inserted part of the connector pin to the hole of the seat is provided with a burr, and the connector pin is inserted in the hole of the seat after the inner cylinder member is formed and before cooling. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
