<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To always update the personal identification information of a member to the latest one, and to prevent the loss of the member and the friend of the member by regularly or irregularly transmitting mail or the like to the member as an object, and checking whether or not the personal identification information of the member has been changed according to the presence/absence of the reception. <P>SOLUTION: An operation management server 102 generates an individual information screen for the member registered as a member. Then, the member inputs the data of the member as his or her group member to an individual information picture. The operation management server 102 makes an inquiry about whether or not the personal identification information registered for the member has been regularly or irregularly changed. Then, when there exists any member who loses contact since the personal identification information has been changed, the group members of the member are asked whether or not they have grasped the changed personal identification information.
