LOCKING SYSTEM OF DOOR FOR VEHICLE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a locking system of a door for a vehicle, which can surely ensure occupant safety while ensuring convenience to a user etc.

SOLUTION: This locking system comprises: a child safety lock mechanism 30 which disables and enables an opening operation of an inner door handle provided on the door; a child-safety-lock-mechanism driving means 31 for driving the mechanism 30; a remote controller which enables the means 31 to be actuated and operated from a remote place; and a shift sensor 6 which serves as a traveling-state detecting means for detecting the traveling state of the vehicle. The means 31 constitutionally makes the mechanism 30 driven so that the opening operation of the inner door handle can be enabled only when the shift sensor 6 detects that the vehicle is in a stopped state.
