<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an induction heating cooker capable of heating a heated cooking utensil of whatever material, and efficiently heating even one structured of a material with low magnetic permeability and high electric conductivity. <P>SOLUTION: A platy heating body 7 is provided in close contact with a top plate 3, and is constituted of four unit heating bodies. The unit heating elements are formed on two sheets of ceramic base boards made of aluminum nitride so as to pinch conductive heating elements. The platy heating body 7 is structured divided, while the ceramic base boards constituting the platy heating body 7 is formed of aluminum nitride, so that the platy heating body 7 is prevented from being damaged even if it is heated for cooking up to high temperature. Since it can also maintain close contact with the top plate 3, it can heat a pan of whatever material and carry out efficient heating cooking even a pan made of a material with low magnetic permeability and high electric conductivity. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
